Ace Jewellery strives for 100% satisfaction on your every purchase. However, if there is something that you would like to return, you may do so within 30 days for exchange or within 14 days for a full refund.
You will have the convenience of reviewing you purchased product for 14 days from the dated of receiving your purchase.
There will be absolutely no refund or exchange on custom designed jewellery. Custom means if you send us a picture to design a ring or request major changes on a current design. Bespoke or custom made items are hand made. There will be slight differences between the final design and the finished piece because it will be made by hand. Humans are not machines. This does, of course, mean that every hand made piece of Jewellery is totally unique.
Ace Jewellery will accept returns for refund or exchange in the time stated above on all our items (Except Custom Jewellery or Earrings) in original condition. We will not accept returns for refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered or damaged in any way. If Ace Jewellery performed engraving on an item incorrectly, we will replace that item with corrections. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
Ring Weights All weights on this site are approximate. It is impossible to state an exact weight on a ring, for example, until the item in question has been sized and finished, ready to post. These differences will only be small and we consider them to be insignificant because our overall pricing of products is so beneficial to our customers in the first place.
Pricing We do our best to keep prices as up to date as possible, but no prices on this site can be fully guaranteed. If a pricing error occurs on this site we will gladly refund your money or come to some arrangement to resolve the issue.
Titanium And Zirconium
Please make certain that you get the finger size correct. Titanium and Zirconium rings often cannot be resized. These rings will need to be exchanged and a fee will apply.
There will be no return, refund or exchange on
Custom Designed Jewellery (Custom means if you send us a picture to design a ring or request major changes on a current design.)
Personal Crest And Engraved Rings
These rings are unique to the customer and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. Ace Jewellery will strive to finalise any design with the client before work on the item begins.
Earrings And Body Jewellery
Ace Jewellery will not accept any returns on these items due to health issues.
Ace Jewellery will accept any item that is damaged in transit for an exchange within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Simply return the item and we will replace it with your desired selection. Sending Orders Back for Return or Exchange
At Ace Jewellery we take great care to ship your jewellery. In order for you to return your jewellery, please follow the following directions. These directions will insure proper shipping procedures and allow your order to be processed in a timely fashion. Call customer service at 44 (01904) 345422 in order for us to start the process and assign a RAN (return authorization number) to your order. Secure your diamond or jewellery inside the original box. Make sure to include all original wrapping, packaging and literature in the box. Send item by placing the original box in a small shipping box and wrap entire box with paper mailing tape (Required for printing of ink stamp on package). Write your Return Authorization Number on the box next to the shipping address.

Only ship the item by registered U. K. mail fully insured for the value of the item. Request a return receipt for your records. We will give you a notification once we have received you package. If there are any credits due, they will be issued within three days from the date the merchandise has been received. Note: Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be the responsibility of the sender
Credits will only be issued to the original account number used for the purchase (No Exceptions). Credits are usually given within 10 business days of the request.
